Restriction Enzyme Buffer for ScaI, SdaI, 10X

Restriction Enzyme Buffer for S0440: ScaI and for S0549: SdaI (Sse8387I), Form: Supplied as a liquid in 37mM Tris-acetate, pH 7.0, 15mM magnesium acetate, 150mM potassium acetate, 0.1mg/ml BSA , Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
