Fast Plus EvaGreen(R) qPCR Master Mix

Fast Plus EvaGreen(R) qPCR master mix is a ready-to-use hot-start mix for nucleic acid quantitation and melt curve analysis of PCR amplicons. Formulated using our environmentally safe EvaGreen(R) dye and fast-activating chemically-modified hotstart enzyme, Cheetah(TM) Taq. The master mix is offered in three formats containing different amounts of ROX reference dye for use with different PCR instruments (without ROX, low ROX, and high ROX).  For sensitive, affordable qPCR  reactions we now recommend our new and improved Forget-Me-Not(TM) EvaGreen(R) qPCR Master Mixes.  EvaGreen(R) dye and applications are covered under granted and pending US and international patents. Cheetah(TM) Taq is covered by pending US and international patents.
