A general purpose peptone that is obtained by papaic digestion of soybean meal. Suitable for use in microbiological, tissue culture and fermentation media. Stable for 12 months , Note: Soytone has been heated to a minimum of 80°C for a minimum of 1 hour, including a minimum of 5 minutes at a minimum of 105°C. It is dried at a minimum of 140°C.
