PrimaPure Endothelial Cell Freezing Medium. Endothelial Cell Growth Medium was designed to promote attachment, spreading and proliferation of human large vessel endothelial cells. This medium is fully supplemented with fetal bovine serum, growth factors, trace elements, and antibiotics. Endothelial Cell Growth Medium is sterile filtered, and bicarbonate buffered, and is ready for use. Endothelial Cell Growth Medium does not contain PDGF or VEGF.
