PrimaPure(TM)Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cell Growth Medium was designed to promote attachment, spreading and proliferation of bronchial and tracheal epithelial cells in culture. This medium is fully supplemented with growth factors, trace elements, and antibiotics. Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cell Growth Medium is serumfree, sterile filtered, bicarbonate buffered, and is ready for use. A vial of Retinoic Acid is attached to the growth medium. You may decide whether to add Retinoic Acid to the growth medium as you see fit.
