Highly selective medium for isolation and quantitation of Bacillus cereus from foods. Appearance: Light greenish-beige, homogenous, free-flowing powder Solubility: Yellow to yellow-green, opaque, complete, pH (RT ): 7.2 ± 0.2, Cultural Response: Medium was prepared according to label directions with 5% sheep blood and inoculated with the organisms listed.
