It has been associated with programmed cell death (apoptosis). (www.uniprot.org) Produced in HEK293cell line (Human embryonic kidney), containing 454 amino acids. The amino acid sequence 1-427 is identical to Swiss-Prot-P10909 (amino acid 23-449, secreted Human Clusterin), C-terminal His tag 27amino acids.
