Biotinylated Human Histone 3, a.a.2-136(end) with N-terminal Met-Ala-Cys-6xHis-tag (C97A,C111A). MW=16.3kD, expressed in an E. coli expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-136 from human Histone 3 at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.3kD, Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
