Synthetic peptide (KKRNRTLTK) (linear) corresponding to amino acids 917-923 of human insulin receptor related receptor (Accession number AAC31759). Substrate for either p70 S6 Kinase (T412E), active or Rsk2/MAPKAP K1b. Applications: Kinase Assay, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
