Component of a protein kinase signal transduction cascade. Activates the ERK and JNK kinase pathways by phosphorylation of MAP2K1 and MAP2K4. Activates CHUK and IKBKB, the central protein kinases of the NF-kappa-B pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000 , Dot Blot 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE!
