Applications: , Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence Microscopy, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence Microscopy:1:1,000-1:5,000, Flow Cytometry: 1:500-1:2,500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm , Emission Wavelength: 528nm, Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.6moles FITC per mole of goat IgG, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
