Anti-Tenascin (Cytotactin, Tenascin C, Glioma associated Extracellular Matrix Antigen, GMEM, Hexabra

Tenascin is a substrate-adhesion molecule (SAM) that appears to inhibit cell migration. It may play a role in supporting the growth of epithelial tumors. Tenascin is a ligand for integrins alpha-8/beta-1, alpha-9/beta-1, alpha-V/beta-3 and alpha-V/beta-6. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
