Anti-SCF, CT (Kit Ligand, C-kit Ligand, Stem Cell Factor, Mast Cell Growth Factor, MGF, KITLG)

KITLG is the ligand of the tyrosine-kinase receptor encoded by the KIT locus. This ligand is a pleiotropic factor that acts in utero in germ cell and neural cell development, and hematopoiesis, all believed to reflect a role in cell migration. In adults, it functions pleiotropically, while mostly noted for its continued requirement in hematopoiesis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 , Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
