Anti-Ribonuclease inhibitor 1 (RNH1)

Ribonuclease inhibitor 1(RNH1) the placental ribonuclease inhibitor, is an acid protein with a molecular weight of 50kD. RNH1 is a member of a family of proteinaceous cytoplasmic RNase inhibitors that are expressed in many tissues and bind to both intracellular and extracellular RNases in the cytosol. RNH1 is a role in abolishing the ribonucleolytic and angiogenic activities of angiogenin. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:1000-2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
