Anti-RAI3, CT (Retinoic Acid-induced Protein 3, G-protein Coupled Receptor Family C Group 5 Member A

Retinoic acid plays a critical role in development, cellular growth, and differentiation. The specific function for the protein from this retinoic acid-induced gene has not yet been determined, however, it may play a role in embryonic development and epithelial cell differentiation. Rai3 is a member of the type 3 G protein-coupling receptor family, characterized by the signature 7-transmembrane domain motif. It may also be involved in interaction between retinoid acid and G protein signalling pathways. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
