Concentration: 0.2 mg/ml. Formulation: PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol. The Rab3 small G protein family consists of four members, Rab3A, -3B, -3C, and -3D. Located in cell membrane, lipid-anchor, cytoplasmic side. Binds GTP, GTPase and exhibits GTPase activities. Binds ATPase and exhibits ATPase activator activities. Binds nucleotide and protein C-terminus. Involved in exocytosis by regulating a late step in synaptic vesicle fusion. Could play a role in neurotransmitter release by regulating membrane flow in the nerve terminal. Specifically expressed in brain.
