Anti-PELP1, CT (Proline-, Glutamic Acid- and Leucine-rich Protein 1, H6 Family Homeobox 3, HMX3, Mod

Hmx3 is a transcription factor involved in specification of neuronal cell types and which is required for inner ear and hypothalamus development. This protein binds to the 5'-CAAGTG-3' core sequence. It controls semicircular canal formation in the inner ear and is also required for hypothalamic/pituitary axis of the CNS. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
