Anti-NrCAM Antibody was purified from concentrated tissue culture supernate by Protein G chromatography. BLAST analysis suggests that it is 96% identical to rat, 91% identical to human and ~50% identical to Neurofascin. Protein function: Cell adhesion, ankyrin-binding protein involved in neuron-neuron adhesion. May play a role in the molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier. [The UniProt Consortium]
