Nerve Growth Factor Receptor, p75 is a low affinity receptor which can bind to NGF, BDNF, NT-3, and NT-4. It can mediate cell survival as well as cell death of neural cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000, Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
