Anti-MCM6 (DNA Replication Licensing Factor MCM6, p105MCM)

MCM6 may be involved in the control of a single round of DNA replication during S phase. It binds to chromatin during G1 and detaches from it during S phase as if it licenses the chromatin to replicate. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
