Anti-MAGOH, ID (MAGOH, MAGOHA, Protein mago nashi homolog) (Azide free) (HRP)

Drosophila that have mutations in their mago nashi (grandchildless) gene produce progeny with defects in germplasm assembly and germline development. This gene encodes the mammalian mago nashi homolog. In mammals, mRNA expression is not limited to the germ plasm, but is expressed ubiquitously in adult tissues and can be induced by serum stimulation of quiescent fibroblasts. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
