KLF16 is a nuclear zinc finger transcription factor highly expressed in brain regions with abundant dopaminergic terminals, that binds GC and GT boxes and displaces Sp1 and Sp3 from these sequences. KLF16 modulates dopaminergic transmission in the brain. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
