ITGB1BP3 catalyzes the phosphorylation of nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinic acid riboside (NaR) to form nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NaMN). ITGB1BP3 reduces laminin matrix deposition and cell adhesion to laminin, but not to fibronectin. Involved in the regulation of PXN at the protein level and of PXN tyrosine phosphorylation. ITGB1BP3 may play a role in the regulation of terminal myogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA., Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10- 1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
