Anti-Interleukin-7 (IL-7)

Interleukin-7 (IL-7), is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which affects Pre-B, Pro-B and early T cells. It will also affect mature T cells in combination with other factors such as IL-2. Human IL-7 is a 17.4kD protein containing 153aa residues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Functional Assays: 0.05-0.08ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
