Anti-Interleukin 17BR (IL-17BR, IL-17B Receptor) (APC)

IL-17B R is the second identified receptor for the IL-17 family of cytokines. IL-17B R binds strongly to IL-17E and binds weakly to IL-17B, but does not bind IL-17, IL-17C, or IL-17F. It is a transmembrane protein expressed in a wide variety of tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells from K562 human chronic myelogeneous leukemia cell line. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Absorption: 620-650nm , Emission: 660-670nm, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
