Anti-Interleukin 17 Receptor (IL-17R, IL-17RA)

IL-17 R, is a widely expressed 120kD glycosylated type I transmembrane protein that plays a central role in inflammatory responses. IL-17 R associates with IL-17 RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17 and IL-17F. IL-17 R ligation promotes T cell activation and the production of IL-6, G-CSF, SCF, and multiple proinflammatory chemokines. Within the ECD, mouse IL-17 R shares 84-72aa sequence identity with rat and human IL17 R, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
