Applications:, Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Studies. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml-0.2ug/ml, Functional Assays: 12ng/ml-70ng/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
