Anti-Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1b) Biotin conjugated

CD49e is a type I membrane protein that associates non-covalently with integrin beta 1 (CD29) to form the heterodimer CD49e/CD29 (VLA-5). VLA-5 is expressed on mast cells, splenic B cells, thymocytes, T-cells and monocytes. The VLA-5 heterodimer forms the fibronectin receptor, which plays an important role in cell adhesion and migration. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1-10ug/ml, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher, Matched Pair: Capture: I7663-10EX, Detection: I7663-10E, Recommended Secondary Reagent: Streptavidin (HRP), Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
