GGCT (EC 2.3.2.4) catalyzes the formation of 5-oxoproline (pyroglutamic acid) from gamma-glutamyl dipeptides and may play a significant role in glutathione homeostasis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
