FFAR3 is receptor for short chain fatty acids. The activity of this receptor is coupled to the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, intracellular Ca2+ mobilization, the activation of ERK 1/2 and inhibition of intracellular cAMP accumulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and FLISA. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
