Anti-Exodus 2 (Exodus-2, 6Ckine, Beta Chemokine Exodus-2, Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 21, CCL21, CK

Exodus-2 is expressed in the HEV and T cell rich areas of lymph nodes and Peyer's patches, T cell areas of the spleen and by lymphatic endothelium of many organs, acting as a potent chemoattractant for thymocytes and T lymphocytes. Exodus-2 possesses characteristics of a homing molecule for lymphocytes to secondary lymphoid organs and has been shown to inhibit haematopoiesis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.15-0.3ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
