Anti-DRAM, CT (Damage-regulated autophagy modulator)

DRAM is regulated as part of the p53 tumor suppressor pathway. It is a lysosomal membrane protein that is required for the induction of autophagy by the pathway. Decreased transcriptional expression of this protein is associated with various tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
