Anti-CD99 (CD99 Antigen, Paired Immunoglobin-like Type 2 Receptor-ligand, PILR-L, Pilrl) (PE)

CD99 (also known as PILRL and MIC2) is a 125aa, 24-30kD glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed as a homodimer on the surface of endothelial, T and B cells, monocytes, and stem cells. CD99 has been implicated in processes like homotypic cell adhesion, diapedesis, and oncosupression. The extracellular domain of the mouse CD99 protein that was used as immunogen is 45% identical to the human counterpart. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 488nm , Emission: 565-605nm, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
