Anti-CD54 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule, ICAM-1)

Applications: , Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Functional applications. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Functional Application: Blocks adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells., Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 0.5-1.25ug/ml, stains acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cell smears. APAAP, PAP or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique are recommended., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
