Anti-CD3 (Early T Cell Marker), clone 5C17

CD3 has four peptide chaings (gamma, delta, epsion and zeta) that form CD3. Defects in CD3 are associated with T cell immunodeficiency. TCR-CD3 complex mediates signal transduction. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, blocking and activating T cells. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 10ul/10e6 cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
