Human CD270 (Herpes Virus Entry Mediator, TNFRSF14, ATAR, LIGHTR, TR2) is a 36kD type I membrane protein that has been found on a broad range of lymphoid tissues. Its ligands include the TNF Ligand family members Lt and LIGHT, and the CD28/Ig Superfamily member BTLA (2). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
