Anti-CD1b (CD1b Molecule, CD1, MGC125990, MGC125991, R1, T-cell Surface Glycoprotein CD1b)

The mAb reacts with cortical thymocytes, Langerhans cells interdigitating cells and with pyramidal cells in the brain. It can be applied for characterization of leukaemias and lymphomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. , Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
