Anti-CCRL2 (Chemokine (C-C motif) Receptor-Like 2)

Lipopolysaccharide-inducible CC chemokine receptor (LCCR) is a 7TM chemokine receptor-like protein that is expressed on macrophages, glial cells, and mast cells at inflammatory sites. LCCR functions as a receptor for Chemerin, CCL2, 5, 7, and 8. Mouse LCCR shares 49%, 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat LCCR, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells. Using RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line, Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Using immersion fixed RAW264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
