Anti-Caspase-7 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Depending on cell lines or tissues used, other cleavage products may be observed. Protein function: Involved in the activation cascade of caspases responsible for apoptosis execution. Cleaves and activates sterol regulatory element binding proteins (SREBPs).
