Anti-Calprotectin (MRP8/14, L1 Protein, S100A8/A9, Calgranulin A/B Heterocomplex)

Calprotectin, Human Ca 2+ subunit of the infammatory L-1 protein complex, also called S100A9 or calgranulin B. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
