Anti-ARAP3 (ArfGAP, RhoGAP Domain, Ankyrin Repeat and PH Domain 3, Centaurin delta 3, CENTD2, Cnt-d3

The ARAP3 gene encodes a phosphoinositide binding protein containing ARF-GAP, RHO-GAP, RAS-associating, and pleckstrin homology domains. The ARF-GAP and RHO-GAP domains cooperate in mediating rearrangements in the cell cytoskeleton and cell shape. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
