Interleukin-15, His Tag, mouse recombinant (rmIL-15-His)

Cytokine that stimulates the proliferation of T-lymphocytes. Stimulation by IL-15 requires interaction of IL-15 with components of IL-2R, including IL-2R beta and probably IL-2R gamma but not IL-2R alpha. (www.uniprot.org) Produced in E.coli as a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids (fragment 49-162). The IL-15 is fused to a 37 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus.
