Molecular Weight: ~22.7kD, Endotoxin: <1EU/ug , Activity: , The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of human TF-1 cells is 50-150ng/ml. Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Functional Assays: 50ng/ml-150ng/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: , Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 200ul of 5mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
