YCH1899

YCH1899 is an inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) and PARP2 (IC50s = 50s = 1-14.1 nM). YCH1899 inhibits the proliferation of Capan-1 cells (IC50 = 0.1 nM), as well as Capan-1 cells resistant to the PARP inhibitors talazoparib (BMN 673, Cay-19782) or olaparib (Cay-10621, IC50s = 1.13 and 0.89 nM, respectively). It inhibits the proliferation of BRCA1 mutant HCC1937 breast cancer cells (IC50 = 4.54 nM).
