WNK-IN-11

WNK-IN-11 is an allosteric inhibitor of lysine-deficient protein kinase 1 (WNK1, IC50 = 4 nM). It is 57- and 1000-fold selective for WNK1 over WNK2 and WNK4, respectively, as well as a panel of 400 kinases at 10 µM.
