Glucoraphanin is a natural glycoinsolate found in cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli. It is converted to the isothiocyanate sulforaphane by the enzyme myrosinase. Sulforaphane has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic effects.
