FOXM1 Inhibitor III

FOXM1 inhibitor III is an inhibitor of the DNA-binding activity of forkhead box protein M1 (FOXM1, IC50 = 22.5 µM). It binds to FOXM1 and is selective for inhibiting FOXM1 transcriptional activity over FOXA1, FOXA2, FOXP2, and GATA-binding factor 1 (GATA-1) transcriptional activity.
