Force generating protein of respiratory cilia. Produces force towards the minus ends of microtubules. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to DNAL4, fused to T7 tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~12.1kD, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
