Voglibose

Voglibose is an inhibitor of alpha-glucosidases (IC50s = 5.6, 0.11, 0.16, and 0.07 µM for human lysosomal alpha-glucosidase and rat maltase, isomaltase, and sucrase, respectively). It is selective for human alpha- over beta-glucosidase (IC50 = >1,000 µM).
