CPPG

CPPG is an antagonist of group II and group III metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs). It reverses inhibition of forskolin-induced cAMP accumulation induced by the mGluR group II selective agonist L-CCG-1 or the mGluR group III-selective agonist L-AP4 (Cay-14538) in rat cerebrocortical slices (IC50s = 46.2 and 2.2 nM, respectively).
